About me
I have been a family physician in Keene since 1996 and I am proud to be a part of a long tradition of physicians providing care at Cheshire Medical Center.
I value knowing my patients and their families, understanding their concerns and what is most important to them. I believe this is best accomplished through careful listening, open and honest discussion, and consistent high quality medical care.
It is important to me that my patients feel that they have been listened to and understood. At the same time, I want them to know that, based on my training and experience, I am vigilant for potential health risks or early-stage problems that have yet to cause symptoms. My practice goals are to be thorough when evaluating health concerns, to explain findings and test results using plain language, and to propose management plans and recommendations that are consistent with both current best medical practice and my patient’s own values.
Professionalism is an important value in my practice. I strive to stay current with ever-changing clinical practice and guidelines, to provide a patient-centered experience during visits, and to communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely fashion with my patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
