About me
I take a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, combining interpersonal and cognitive-behavioral techniques to support meaningful change. Building a genuine connection with each client is at the heart of my work. Through this connection, I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, and together, we explore healthier, more adaptive ways of navigating life’s challenges.
In our sessions, we also pay close attention to relationship dynamics in the present moment—what’s often called the “here-and-now” process. By sharing honest thoughts and feelings as they arise, we can better understand and shift patterns that may be holding you back.
It’s an honor to be trusted with the most personal and vulnerable parts of a person’s life. I find deep fulfillment in helping clients build the insight and skills they need to move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
