About me
My approach to therapy integrates interpersonal and cognitive behavioral approaches within a collaborative relationship with my patients. These approaches allow me to establish a genuine connection with my patients so that I can help them identify unproductive or harmful thoughts and behaviors. Together, we explore ways they can become more adaptive in a variety of situations. We also address relationship patterns with the “here-and-now “process by sharing honest thoughts and feelings in the present moment.
It is an honor when my patients are able to be vulnerable and share some of the most challenging or painful parts of their lives. It's very rewarding to help my patients develop the skills they need to navigate their lives and adapt to new challenges.
