I love my job as a nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner—it's truly an honor to work in this field. The essence of being a midwife is "to be with women." I strive to embody this philosophy with every visit, no matter what stage of life my patients are in.

Whether I'm guiding a patient through their first pelvic exam, discussing contraception options, reviewing menopause hormone therapy, addressing sexual health concerns, or providing labor support, my goal is to be present and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

I enjoy working with patients to address their concerns and am open to talking about anything, including:

• IUD (intrauterine device) insertion pain management
• Low libido
• Preconception
• Pregnancy
• Postpartum anxiety
• STI (sexually transmitted infection) screening
• Vaginal dryness

If I can't help, I will do my best to find someone who can! Above all, my goal is for women to feel empowered in their health and well-being. I’m here to assist them in their journey, wherever they are.

In 2023, I became a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). This expands my expertise in perimenopause and menopause. I’m passionate about offering holistic, personalized care to women navigating this phase of life, which can bring significant physical, emotional, and psychological changes. My mission is for every woman to feel empowered, informed, and in control of her health and well-being.
