About me

I became a nurse midwife/women's health nurse practitioner because I want to provide holistic, patient-centered care for women and families. Providing holistic care means taking the time to understand my patients' health care needs and goals, as well as what is going on in their lives outside of the exam room. Their family life, school or work, and activities all have an effect on their overall health.

I love forming long-term relationships with my patients and seeing them year after year. I love discussing all aspects of their reproductive health, including contraception, preconception, STI screening and management, pregnancy, postpartum, and annual gynecological exams. Seeing women throughout their pregnancies and making the transition into motherhood is always so rewarding.

I want my patients to feel listened to and that their desires, questions and concerns are validated and answered. I am excited to be here at D-H to help women and their health care needs.
