I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 28 years of experience. I specialize in women's substance use and perinatal mental health disorders. I have a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as:
- Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)
- Positive and strengths-based psychology
I help patients understand that mental health is a journey. I listen to their feelings without judgment, particularly when facing life's challenges.
