About me
Genetics touches every phase of our lives, and that information is often complicated. As a genetic counselor, I translate this information, serving as a bridge between the lab or the doctor and my patient and their family. I interpret medical genetics information and discuss it with non-judgmental and straightforward language.
I enjoy being a resource for women and their partners during a vulnerable time in their lives - pregnancy. I listen to my patients’ priorities and tailor our conversation around those priorities. I want my patients to feel comfortable asking questions so I can help them integrate that information with their values. I am responsive to questions after our visit and report results as soon as I have them.
