About me
My hope is to be an advocate and guide for anyone-patients or their loved ones-going through serious illness. I am here to help with distressing symptoms of the mind, body and soul and to help in decision making to ensure patients get the care they want, and to protect them from things they do not want. By knowing a patient’s values, hopes and fears, we can navigate the complex medical system together to maximize quality of life and prevent suffering. This is my goal for all my patients as it would be for my own family and friends.
