About me
Pathologists analyze samples that doctors send to them to help them diagnose their patients' conditions. Behind every sample that we receive, there is a question, ranging from, "What is the proper diagnosis of a patient's rash? to "How well is a patient's therapy is working?" to "Does the patient has cancer?"
My workday is dedicated to answering these questions in an accurate, helpful, timely and efficient manner. I believe that is the mission of the pathologist.
Nothing is more satisfying than learning that a patient is getting better—or was able to avert a serious problem—as a result of the work that went into their biopsy report.
