About me
My goal for all patients is to help them overcome the emotional and behavioral barriers that prevent them from being their most effective and engaged selves. I provide cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to patients with anxiety disorders and related disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.
I conduct research aimed at increasing use and access to evidence-based treatments for psychiatric disorders. I also lead the Anxiety Disorders Service at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, which specializes in the assessment and treatment of these disorders. My patients can expect to receive treatments with proven effectiveness delivered in a caring, compassionate manner and to learn healthy ways to manage their anxiety and fear even after treatment ends.
