To me, good care means doing everything I can to help my patients feel better. I take time to listen, understand their needs and goals, and answer their questions. I believe in being open and honest with my patients and, when they wish, including their loved ones in decisions about their care.

Helping people is what makes my work meaningful. One of the best parts of my job is meeting new people and building lasting relationships with my patients. I want each person to know that I’m here to listen, support them, and help them get the care they need.
