About me

I believe care starts with respect. Each person brings a life story, hopes, challenges, and needs that deserve to be heard. My role is to listen closely, offer support, and share my clinical knowledge in a way that helps each person move toward what matters most.

I chose social work because I believe in human rights, dignity, and justice. These values guide the way I care for older adults and their families. I work with concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, life changes, brain health, and dementia-related needs.

I know family can mean many different things. I welcome the people who matter most, while also respecting each person’s choices and privacy. I do not make assumptions about who should be involved.

My goal is to create a calm and safe space where people feel heard and seen as whole human beings. A good outcome is not the same for everyone. To me, success means helping each person find meaning, strength, and direction, even during hard times.
