About me
I care for the whole person, not just one health concern. I take time to listen, ask what matters most, and learn about each person’s health goals. I want every patient in my care to feel heard, respected, and involved in the plan we make together.
My background as a diabetes educator nurse and primary care nurse practitioner shaped the way I care for people. I believe health is connected to many parts of life. That is why I focus on overall health, prevention, and support for long-term conditions.
I have a special interest in obesity medicine and liver health. Obesity can affect health and quality of life in many ways. With a team-based approach, I work to help people feel better, take part in their care, and return to activities they enjoy.
