In the ICU, I know life can change fast. I focus on clear, honest updates and careful listening, so no one feels left in the dark. Questions are always welcome, and I take time to explain what is happening and what choices may come next. I aim to provide excellent medical care while also supporting families through challenging moments. When a patient cannot speak for themselves, I partner with loved ones to learn who that person is, what matters most, and what kind of care fits those values. My goal is for each plan to match the patient’s priorities. I work to make decisions that are thoughtful, respectful, and guided by what matters most to the patient.
