Providing high-quality patient care is the most important part of my job. My hope is to offer treatment that feels collaborative and effective. I am a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience providing therapy. I specialize in trauma, life transitions, and communication in relationships. In therapy, I take a flexible approach to understanding patterns of behavior. I find it is often helpful to clarify personal values when considering change. In my work, I have helped many people process difficult experiences and emotions so that they can move forward in life. Helping people recover from some of the most difficult moments in life is an honor and a privilege. I deeply value the power of therapy and change.
