About me
I believe good care starts with listening. I take time to hear what is going on, what has been tried, and what matters most to my patients in their daily lives. I enjoy teaching during visits, so I explain the body, the injury, and the treatment plan in clear, simple terms. When things make sense, fear often feels smaller, and the path forward feels more doable. I also focus on goals. That may mean getting back to work, keeping up at school, returning to a favorite sport, or simply moving with less pain. When family members are part of the picture, I include them in the conversation and help everyone understand the next steps. Some people come in on one of the hardest days of life, dealing with a sudden injury or long-term pain. It is rewarding to help guide them through that scary time and then see progress—standing taller, walking more easily, and getting back to activities. My aim is steady support, honest answers, and a plan that fits real life.
