About me

I believe each patient comes to care with a unique story, starting point, and set of goals. My role is to listen closely, understand what matters most, and help build a plan that fits real life. I care for the whole person, not just the injury or diagnosis.

Movement and activity have always been important to me. As a lifelong athlete, I have seen how staying active can support health, confidence, and quality of life. I also know that being active looks different for every person and can change over time.

My goal is to create treatment plans that are safe, realistic, and meaningful. I want each plan to support the activities that matter most, whether that means returning to sports, working without pain, gardening, or keeping up with family.

The best part of my work is helping people get back to the parts of life they enjoy. I strive to offer care that feels personal, respectful, and focused on each patient’s goals.
