My approach to care starts with compassion and active listening. I believe that every person deserves a caring and respectful environment. When meeting a patient for the first time, I focus on building trust and making sure that everyone feels heard. Working together as a team is important to me, and I include each patient in decisions about their care. I provide clear, evidence-based information so that everyone can make informed choices.

My journey into medicine began when I worked as a personal care attendant for a young woman with cerebral palsy. That experience inspired me to become a nurse. Later, I discovered a passion for orthopedic surgery while working on the trauma floor. Helping people recover and improve their quality of life is what drives me every day.

A successful outcome, to me, is one that is shaped together with my patients. It should fit their needs and help them live their best possible lives. I ensure patient needs are met and offer family support. My goal is to help everyone feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their care.
