About me
I believe that healthcare works best as a partnership. My goal is to listen, understand symptoms and health goals, and work together to find the right path. I aim to provide care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate. Rheumatology drew me in at first because of its complexity. However, it’s been the meaningful difference that advances in medicine can make in people’s lives that I enjoy most. I am inspired by the opportunity to help improve the quality of life for those facing autoimmune conditions. Caring for people with IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) and vasculitis requires curiosity, persistence, and empathy, which are important values to me. Each day, I strive to learn more and provide support. When care leads to better health and a positive change in daily life, I feel successful. Helping patients feel understood and cared for is at the heart of what I do. I hope to make a lasting impact through teamwork, trust, and respect, while celebrating every step forward along the way.
