About me

My goal is to create a safe and open space where each person feels comfortable sharing at their own pace. During our first meeting, I talk about how we will work together to reach the goals that matter most to them. No one ever has to talk about anything they are not ready to discuss. Together, we find the treatment plan that fits best for the individual.

The work I do is important to me. Early in school, I took a social work class and realized how much I wanted to help others. Over the years, I have often supported people going through hard times, especially those facing emotional pain or trauma. I did not set out to focus on this area, but I am grateful that it became my path. It means a lot to be part of someone’s healing and to see them believe in themselves again.

A successful outcome happens when a person leaves our sessions having met their goals and feels confident to continue their journey on their own. My aim is for each person to feel stronger and more hopeful after our time together.

Even though I do not specialize in family therapy, I welcome the involvement of family if the person wants it. The person I am working with always leads the way in their care.

I am committed to making sure everyone feels seen, heard, and respected during their care. Working together, we can create positive change and build a foundation for lasting well-being.
