I feel grateful to care for my patients every day as a family nurse practitioner. Listening and understanding the whole person matter deeply to me. My work has given me a passion for supporting patients through many stages of life. Building strong relationships takes patience, compassion, and empathy. Living with type 1 diabetes shaped my understanding of health challenges early in life and inspired me to help others. When I face new situations, I keep learning and searching for answers so I can offer the best care. I have a background in women's health, including three years in outpatient care and six years as a labor and delivery nurse. People have told me I am easy to talk to and that they feel heard. My goal is to help others reach their health goals and to be a steady partner in their healthcare journey.
