About me
Working in trauma and acute care surgery means making fast choices to help people who are very sick. I find this work meaningful because I can help right away. I focus on talking openly with patients and their families. We look at the problem together, go over test results, and talk about treatment options. This way, everyone understands what is happening and can feel good about the plan. I always listen and explain things in simple terms. Many people have said this helps them feel more comfortable and builds trust. My primary goal is to make sure each person feels respected and included in their care. I am thankful for the chance to care for others and the trust that is given to me.
