About me
My goal as a doctor is to help people live healthier, happier lives by focusing on the whole person. Small daily choices greatly impact our health. I'm passionate about lifestyle medicine, which focuses on how daily habits impact well-being. I also like the variety of family practice. My concern for the environment and health leads me to practice sustainable medicine.
I chose medicine because science inspired me early on, and I wanted to help people heal and thrive. Osteopathic medicine's whole-person approach appeals to me. Each patient is the driver of their health. I prioritize individual needs when working with families. A successful outcome for me means less time spent in the doctor’s office and more time enjoying life.
