About me
Working in dermatology lets me help patients of all ages and backgrounds. I chose to focus on Mohs surgery because it allows me to be both a pathologist and a surgeon. It lets me combine my love of science and my desire to improve people’s lives.
With Mohs surgery, I can remove a tumor and perform reconstructive surgery all in one day, allowing the patient to heal and move on with their lives. The reconstruction process is very collaborative with my patients. I take my time to discuss the surgery with them and make sure I’ve addressed their questions and concerns. Together, we can find the approach that works best for them.
My goal with all patients is to completely remove the tumor and leave a scar that is imperceptible at a talking distance after healing is complete. My team works efficiently but is never in a rush. While I value my patients’ time, I also ensure that my work is complete and that my patients are satisfied with the results.
