About me
Emergency medicine is a great field because patients and their families are able to get medical care immediately. Each moment is a chance to help others. While I enjoy caring for patients of all ages, I became interested in pediatric emergency medicine after seeing the need for someone who understands children in a busy hospital.
Everyone deserves safety, respect, and understanding. I like to explain things clearly to children and work with parents. I encourage teens to be involved in their own healthcare. Patients appreciate feeling heard and supported, and I value this. Even though emergency visits are often brief, each one matters deeply to me. Making a tough day a little easier is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
