I’ve learned that family and loved ones affect a patient’s health, particularly when they need extra help. Connecting with those who know the patient best ensures that I provide good care.

Kindness and thoroughness are always at the heart of my patient-care approach. The most rewarding part of my work is knowing that listening and working together makes a real difference in a patient’s life.
