About me
I am a physician assistant with experience in adult general neurosurgery and pediatric spinal deformity. The spine is a very complex and interesting joint. Spine-related pain and deformity can make it difficult for people to do the things they need or want to do. I love being a problem-solver and helping patients understand their spines. I want my patients to understand what is happening and how we can help them. Together, we create a treatment plan that supports their medical and personal goals.
Many times, non-surgical options are the best options for patients. If surgery is needed, however, I help educate my patients and their families about what to expect. I enjoy helping patients through the surgical process. Regardless of the option we use, it is always a joy to see patients get back to their daily activities.
Caring for people is the reason I went into medicine. Our treatments for spine-related pain and spinal deformity can change lives. I believe in treating my patients as family, and I am honored to be a part of their care.
