About me
I believe mental health is a key part of overall health. My goal is to provide care that is based on research and shaped around each person’s needs. I work to create a safe, supportive space where people feel heard, respected, and understood.
I have a special focus on treating anxiety disorders. I use proven tools to help people work through fear, stress, and discomfort that may be getting in the way of daily life. Care may also include family members and loved ones when support from others can help build stronger mental health.
For me, helping people return to the parts of life that bring meaning, purpose, and connection is important. It is also rewarding to see people take steps forward and begin to feel more engaged in their lives again. I strive to offer care that is compassionate, personal, and focused on the whole person.
