Caroline Christie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of New Hampshire. With a specialization in child and adolescent mental health, Caroline is dedicated to supporting young individuals and their families in navigating the complexities of emotional and psychological challenges. 

Certified in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), Caroline utilizes evidence-based approaches to empower parents and caregivers in fostering resilience in their children. Her extensive training includes the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and the development of essential social skills. 

Furthermore, Caroline is proficient in play therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), equipping her with a versatile toolkit to address diverse mental health needs. Her background includes valuable experience as a school social worker and involvement in early intervention programs, enriching her understanding of the developmental contexts in which children thrive.
