About me
As a psychologist, I support patients in identifying their goals and their plans for moving toward them. I always try to reassure patients that accessing mental health care is normal and that they are in control of their treatment. I approach individuals with curiosity, humility, and compassion. I provide evidence-based treatment that is specific to the needs of the individual. I find witnessing an individual’s progress toward their goals incredibly rewarding. I am mindful that movement will not always be in a forward motion. I strive to be a strong advocate for patients, especially those with limited access to treatment or who have significant psychological and environmental challenges. I hope all my patients can maintain their gains and keep moving toward their goals even after their treatment ends.
