About me
My priority when meeting patients is to ensure they feel comfortable and prepared for surgery. Having anesthesia or an operation can be scary, and my job is to help them through it so they can get better. Patients often thank me for being calm, paying attention, and explaining things clearly. Building trust and confidence is important, and I work hard to focus on the patient and put them at ease.
This work requires and rewards careful attention, focus and technical skill. Seeing the patient benefit from my education and training is a rewarding feeling. I appreciate the teamwork in perioperative care, where we assist patients through every stage of their surgery. I am thankful for the chance to be a part of this team, helping care for patients in such an important way.
