About me
I provide compassionate, team-based, patient-centered care. Each patient is an individual who experiences their diagnosis and medical journey in a unique way. I make sure that my patients feel heard, safe, and respected. I educate and support them so that they feel empowered to make decisions about their medical care.
When I was growing up, two of my close relatives were diagnosed with cancer. I saw the care that they received and how cancer affected their lives and those who loved them. I also saw that providing care with compassion and education was essential. That experience convinced me to enter the field of oncology so that I could help patients and their families during what can be an anxiety-provoking and difficult time.
