About me
The most rewarding part of my work comes when patients return after their appointments and share how much they’ve noticed a difference in their lives. Seeing their joy and hearing them talk about how their devices are improving their day-to-day experiences makes everything worthwhile.
I try to ensure I understand why each patient is coming in, and to listen to and address their concerns. A successful outcome goes beyond just fitting a hearing device. I want to be sure I fully understand how their hearing loss impacts their daily life.
My goal is to ensure every aspect of their care is taken care of with kindness, clarity, and thoroughness. I work with them to be sure their devices are providing the best possible amplification. I try to address the unique challenges they face and help them to re-engage in conversations and enjoy the moments they may have been missing.
