As a cancer genetic counselor, my goal is to help patients make informed choices about their health. I focus on helping people understand their unique genetic risks and options for early detection, prevention, and treatment.

The best part of my job is seeing a patient truly understand their genetic test results. In those moments, I know I’ve made a difference. I help patients see how their genetics affect not just their health but also their family and future plans.

I understand that the healthcare system can feel overwhelming, so I work hard to be a supportive guide and a strong advocate for my patients. By working with a caring team, I make sure my patients can concentrate on what matters most: their well-being and leading healthier, fuller lives.
