About me
Everybody knows somebody with cancer. My mission is to help my patients and their families learn about their hereditary cancer risks, facilitate genetic testing, and provide screening recommendations to reduce these risks. For this reason, I greatly enjoy educating patients about genetics and its ability to improve lives.
I support patients throughout the process of understanding their hereditary cancer risks and guide them in deciding whether or not they want to pursue genetic testing. This information is helpful for patients and their family members in understanding any potential cancer risks they may have inherited.
I define success in my care by how I support patients in their cancer journey, whether that is prior to or after a diagnosis. I hope that patients understand the genetic information I provide and use it to make informed health decisions, for themselves and their families.
