About me
My goal is to help my patients feel understood and hopeful as they work on improving their brain health.
I want my patients to feel confident in making lifestyle changes that will help them think, feel, and function better. By working together to uncover the root of their challenges, we can find the best ways to manage or overcome them. I assist my patients in making treatment decisions and discovering ways to improve their ability to function. I also support their families in caring for their loved ones with balance and purpose.
The most rewarding part of my work is seeing how the brain can change and recover with the right conditions. By encouraging good nutrition, exercise, rest, stimulation, social connection, inspiration, positivity, and hope, I can help my patients regain energy and joy in their daily lives.
