About me
I love working with patients to help them achieve better, more restful sleep. Proper sleep is essential for good mental health. Treating sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea also helps prevent potential heart-related problems. These include hypertension, ischemic heart disease, and congestive heart failure. Fortunately, patients can help improve sleep with increased exercise, a healthy lifestyle, and good sleep hygiene.
I am a strong patient advocate. My priority is to listen to my patients and help them get the treatment they need. I love collaborating with patients and ensuring we are all on the same page regarding a care plan. My goal is to help patients become active participants in their care. The more involved they are in their care, the more likely they will achieve their goals.
