About me
Pathologists work in labs that run 24 hours a day, every day of the week. We are constantly monitoring processes to ensure that lab test results are correct and timely. We provide diagnoses that help providers and their patients select the right treatment. Our goal is to provide the most accurate information to providers as quickly as possible so that treatments can begin promptly.
We are also involved in research projects that help create more accurate tests that result in better patient care. Some of our current research includes new molecular diagnostic testing that will allow us to provide personalized treatments to our patients.
I enjoy being able to make diagnoses in difficult cases and help providers decide on the right care to provide. It is gratifying to be personally involved in patient care, and to see patients do well and go home.
