About me
My hobbies and the injuries they caused sparked my interest in orthopaedic surgery. As an active outdoorsman, triathlete and skier, I’ve seen my fair share of hip, knee and shoulder damage. I learned to work nimbly with my hands through my love of woodworking. Combined, those skills and experiences made orthopaedic surgery a perfect fit.
While completing a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Kansas, I worked with high-performing athletic teams including the Kansas City Chiefs. Yet my practice today involves care of patients of all ages and skill levels. Every patient is like a family member to me. I want them to feel supported. We are a team. In that team, my role is to ease pain so my patients can get back to the activities they love.
I address anything from hip and knee restorations to ligament reconstruction, shoulder instability, tendon repair and fractures so that together, we can get you well again!
