About me
Even though we may never meet, I work hard to help my patients receive the best care. As a pathologist, I specialize in interpreting testing and findings on patient samples. I focus on blood, bone marrow and lymphatic systems. I also interpret molecular tests, which analyze genetic changes and their effect on proteins. These tests allow us to diagnose conditions such as anemia, metabolic disorders and cancers.
The work of pathologists directly impacts patient care. That work answers important questions about a patient’s condition and the best options for treatment. Additionally, our findings enable research into new therapies and enrollment into clinical trials. My ultimate motivation is the thought that my efforts can both guide patient care and open the door for future scientific discovery.
