About me
Birth is such a personal process and patients deserve a strong voice in their own care. It’s the reason I became a midwife. I help my patients achieve the maternity and labor journey of their choosing while making hospital births feel less medicalized. I’m there to support patients and their families. In my hands, their care is safe, evidence-based, informed and consistent with their values. Their wants matter. Through good communication, I ensure patients are always in the loop.
Partnering with primary care physicians and pediatricians, I have the unique joy of bearing witness to big moments in a family’s life before, during and after pregnancy. It's a benefit of our small community. Hearing the heartbeat for the first time or watching an older sibling glimpse a new family member brings me so much happiness. Together, those team members and I provide wrap-around care that lasts a lifetime.
