About me
As a primary care physician, I aim to partner with my patients to focus on their health and wellness. Communication skills are important. As a provider, I work hard to engage with other family members when it is appropriate. I want them to know that I am a reliable resource who can guide them through the wide spectrum of their life experiences.
I entered Family Medicine because I love caring for patients at all stages of their life. I enjoy getting to know them within the unique context of their community. Family Medicine allows me to think about health in a more broad context. Caring for individuals, and often their many family members gives me a unique context. I am able to provide more comprehensive care.
It is gratifying when my patients feel they are able to understand all their personal health issues and options. I want them to feel empowered in their own healthcare decisions.
