About me
I became a family medicine provider because I wanted to help take care of the people around me and form long-term relationships with my patients. I believe in making medical care clear and accessible to my patients. I help them understand their condition and treatment options and work with them to create a treatment plan that works for them.
My approach to patient care is collaborative. I work with my patients to achieve their health goals. For example, I once had a patient who had health problems that severely restricted his mobility. His goal was to go on a cruise with his wife. Together, we developed a plan that combined physical therapy and medication to help him reach his goal.
I enjoy my relationships with my patients. I liken my care to playing on a team and winning as a team. I love seeing my patients overcome their diagnoses, and I love being a part of the process.
