When I talk with my patients, I like to make sure they understand what the treatment plan is. I also make sure that family members understand and any questions are answered. I take the time to be thorough and offer explanations about the cause of their symptoms and how we are going to treat them. Pain is often affecting their daily lives and activities. Helping them return to these activities brings me much joy.
